Brecourt Solutions named Ryan Jarvis its Chief Technology Officer, where he leads autonomous unmanned aircraft development for defense and security applications after more than two decades designing and fielding mission critical systems. ASPP™ was founded by Chris Grollnek, an active shooter expert whose P.R.O. Model™ the Department of Justice selected as “A” national standard and which is in use at some installations and commands across the Department of Defense.

Ryan’s Executive Bio and Experience

Ryan Jarvis serves as Chief Technology Officer at Brecourt Solutions, where he leads the development and advancement of autonomous unmanned aircraft systems for defense and security applications. With more than two decades of experience designing, building, and deploying over 800 drone systems, Ryan brings extensive operational and technical expertise to the company’s mission. A former Naval Aviator, Naval Special Warfare UAS Officer in Charge, and military law enforcement professional, he combines real-world operational experience with technical innovation to deliver reliable solutions for complex security challenges. He holds degrees from Colorado Technical University and Cornell University.
