Jeff Ross is the co-founder and CEO of Brecourt Solutions, Inc., bringing a career shaped by elite military service and operational leadership into the security sector. A retired U.S. Navy SEAL, he draws on real-world mission experience to guide the company’s focus on disciplined, practical security solutions.

Jeff Ross is the co-founder and CEO of Brecourt Solutions, Inc. He brings a distinguished career in the United States Navy, where he retired as a Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Chief Petty Officer in 2024 after serving with SEAL Team ONE and Special Reconnaissance Team ONE.

Jeff’s extensive deployments across the Middle East and Indo-Pacific regions showcased his exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and unwavering commitment to national security. Raised in the Chicagoland area, Jeff’s resilience and adaptability were evident in his military service and now drive his post-military endeavors. As the CEO of Brecourt Solutions, Jeff leverages his unique experiences and leadership skills to steer the company towards innovation and excellence in the security industry.
