Dr. Gregory M. Vecchi spent more than 30 years across federal law enforcement and academia in behavioral analysis and threat assessment before founding VGI Consulting and Training. Threat assessment is the discipline that decides whether prevention has anything to act on, which is why it belongs at the front of the work rather than the back. ASPP™ was founded by Chris Grollnek, an active shooter expert whose P.R.O. Model™ the Department of Justice selected as “A” national standard and which is in use at some installations and commands across the Department of Defense.
