ASPP™ Welcomes Chuck Savickis
A Highly Accomplished and Respected Expert in High-Risk Law Enforcement Operations

It is an incredible honor to have Chuck Savickis on the ASPP team. With an impressive career spanning 28 years of service to the United States, Chuck is one of the most experienced and respected individuals in the field of high-risk law enforcement and counterterrorism. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization, and we are thrilled to have him as a member of our team. Chuck’s career began in the US Navy, where he served as a Navy SEAL for five years. During this time, he was deployed around the world in direct support of US foreign policy, gaining valuable experience and expertise in high-pressure, high-risk situations. This experience would serve him well throughout his career in law enforcement.

After leaving the Navy, Chuck joined the FBI and spent six years working in New York City. During this time, he conducted large-scale organized crime and narcotics investigations, as well as undercover and SWAT team assignments. His success in these assignments earned him multiple awards and commendations.

However, it was during his 17-year tenure with the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) that Chuck truly made his mark. As a veteran operator of the HRT, Chuck performed every aspect of this high-risk mission set and was eventually promoted to the highest level of operational command. He achieved numerous commendations and awards for his operational success during his tenure.

After retiring from the FBI, Chuck continued to work in the field of professional security. He now owns and operates a private security consulting business, working with clients throughout the United States and abroad to ensure client safety and organizational resilience. He advises and trains Federal, State, City, and Local Tactical Units on organizational best practices to maximize their operational effectiveness.

In addition, Chuck is the Chief Operations Officer for WINGSHIELD®, INC., a company working to provide a failsafe solution to the growing active shooter threat that now threatens the American public across all venues. His expertise in this area is critical, as active shooter incidents have become an increasingly prevalent and urgent threat to public safety.

Chuck’s education and experience make him a highly sought-after expert in his field. He is a graduate of Framingham State University, the US Naval Special Warfare Center, The FBI Academy, and the Wharton Business School Critical Mission Team Concentration. He is recognized within the Special Operations community as an expert practitioner in both foreign and domestic Counterterrorism and High-Risk Law Enforcement Operations.

It is truly a privilege to have Chuck Savickis as a member of the ASPP team. His wealth of experience, expertise, and dedication to public safety make him an invaluable asset to our organization. We look forward to working with him to further our mission of promoting safety and security for all.
