Ty’s expertise in inter-agency coordination, non-standard logistics, and strategic planning make him a valuable addition to the ASPP team. He is a recognized thought leader in the field, having authored a widely cited white paper on active shooter and hostile event response. His insights and advice have been sought after by organizations across Canada and beyond.

In addition to his military service, Ty is the founder of Operational Strategic Services (OSS), a company dedicated to providing critical support to NATO special forces and the private sector in the areas of logistics and supply chain management. He is deeply committed to improving public safety and community resilience.
